Will impurities accumulate on the inner wall of food-grade silicone tube after long-term use?

The inner wall of food grade silicone tubing may indeed accumulate impurities after prolonged use. This is mainly due to the combined effects of various factors such as the material characteristics and usage environment of silicone tubes.
Firstly, silicone tubing is made of silicone material, and the surface of silicone usually has a certain degree of viscosity, which makes it easy for silicone tubing to adsorb impurities such as dust and fibers in the air during use. In addition, the porous structure of silicone gel may also lead to the accumulation of impurities inside the tube.
Secondly, silicone tubing may generate static electricity when rubbed or in contact with other materials. The electrostatic effect causes the surface of the silicone tube to carry an electric charge, thereby attracting charged particles in the air, such as dust, bacteria, etc. These charged particles adhere to the surface of the silicone tube, forming an impurity layer that is difficult to remove.
Furthermore, the external environment also has a significant impact on the adsorption of impurities by silicone tubes. For example, in a humid environment, moisture in the air may increase the viscosity of the silicone tube surface, leading to more impurities being adsorbed. Meanwhile, environmental factors such as pollutant concentration and temperature in the air may also affect the degree of impurity adsorption on silicone tubes.
